The lighthouse is located in Nova Scotia in a small fishing village called Peggy's Cove.  I stopped there during a New England and Canada cruise.  They have the best lobster in the world.

Peggy's Cove in Nova Scotia is so picturesque that I keep finding so many different things to paint.  This red structure matches the world's famous lobster they capture there.  This tourist Village is protected from over development to keep the quaint feel of the village.

Before stopping for lobster in Nova Scotia, we stopped at Peggy's Cove in St. Margaret's Bay.  What a beautiful fishing village with a lighthouse.  The rock formation looked like they have been carved out by glaciers.

My first painting after my beautiful cruise with the TWA Silver Wings to New England and Canada.

The air was clear and crisp and the colors vibrant.  This boat was in Peggy's Cove, Nova Scotia.
