Sales at Country Day School

After an exhausting week, painting, framing, making inventory lists, and title cards, CCDS pop-up shop sale is over.  While this was going, I was having my kitchen cabinets painted.  That meant tenting the kitchen so they could spray the cabinets.  Our dinners were from Fresh Market.

Take a guess which four paintings sold.  In the next post I will reveal which paintings sold.

Afternoon Mist

Afternoon Mist
30" x 30"
palette knife on gallery wrapped canvas
I spent today, a nice rainy day finishing this abstract.  I was listening to the blues and painting with my palette knife this afternoon.  What could be better?  This scene reminded me of Angel Island and the SF Bay.  It reminds me of fog and mist on the Bay.  I can hear the fog horns in the background.
