My second post for today.  I painted this from a image I took yesterday at the beach in Seabrook Island,  The sun peaked in and out and the rain of the day before stayed away.

I enjoyed painting and experimenting with a cloudy day and sand dunes so much  that I wanted to paint another one today.  I am discovering different blues to use in the sky to make the clouds pop.  My challenge in painting is also with contrast and depth.

I've spent two glorious days at home painting.  Only a few chores to take care and the rest of the time painting.  This afternoon I will be framing some of these paintings to take to sell at the beach.
