This painting was painted from a photo taken fourth of  July weekend in Debordieu, South Carolina.  A short walk to the land-bridge was where I took several photos of the beautiful view. The water meanders through the marsh and it is hard to tell where it goes.

I enjoy taking photos around Pawley's Island in the Spring or Summer.  The scene will change depending of the time of year and time of day.  Watch for more marsh paintings throughout the summer.

Pawley's Island always inspires me to photograph the marshes at different times of the day.  This was taken late afternoon in May.
