I was visiting the Magnolia Plantation last month in South Carolina. I was a tourist enjoying the plantation and was taking photos that I might want to paint later on. In this spot there was a plein air painter doing what I do almost every Tuesday. Too bad the plantation is four hours from where I live. I will have to settle for photographs.
