Our tomatoes are plentiful this year. We have been enjoying caprese salad, home made tomato sauce, tortilla soup, home made salsa, and home made pizza with sauce. All the delights of summer including basil. With all the cooking, I still have time to paint. I love this "Big Boy" tomato. I hope it looks as juicy as it tasted.
